Lawfare is the only play the Dems have. It's getting to the point that they sue the Trump administration for waking up in the morning.

I'm so tired of corrupt activist judges I could puke. You'd think they'd have more integrity and decorum, but I'm guessing that's why Democrat presidents appoint them - because they're freaking crooks and scumbags who'll compromise their ethics for politics.

I can't even think why anyone gives credence to these shitbag "judges" who are clearly overstepping their authority. They don't get to tell a President how to do his job. The Supremes can, but some pissant district judge can't.

This is a real question:

Why doesn't Trump just tell Boasberg and Merchon and the rest of them to GFT?

My understanding of how this works is that some pissant judge bitches and moans, then they send the bitch/moan up the chain until it finally gets to the Supremes, who say yay or nay. Is that right? So are all these bitch/moans just a way to clog up the system and overwhelm the process? Run out the clock?

But in the meantime, Trump shouldn't have to abide by anything they say. That Boasberg POS, Trump should just be able to go, "Screw yourself, pissant. Take it up with the Supremes, but in the meantime all these foreign gang members are outta here."

I'd like a better understanding of this because it appears that Leftist Democrat "judges" are just poo-flinging monkeys and should be removed.

Too bad judges don't get graded on how many decisions are overturned on appeal.

This reminds me of Senator Kennedy (LA) when he was questioning a Democrat Judge who was nominated for a higher level position. He grilled her hard.

He stated something like "are you an activist or a judge?" ...

He then reels off a list of cases she had ruled on and ask her what the out come was concerning her decisions on each case.

I bet he listed at least 10 cases and she started to use "legalizes" to explain each case and he would cut her off saying "so you were over ruled then, weren't you?"

He is an American Treasure .... Longer than King Kong Arm.... Here it is, bigger than Dallas.... Your words, not mine. You can't make this cat walk backwards.
