Does pardoned mean the can’t be prosecuted or just not be held to account?

I wonder if she's sorry and wishes she had that to do over again.

On another note, having Kavanaugh do the VP swearing in is a nice little bitch slap to the scummy Democrats who've been attacking him and his family all these years.
I loved that!

The crazy thing is that before Trump no President was ever prosecuted, and their families were left alone.
Biden opened this Pandora's box when he decided through Garland to prosecute a former President.
Lawfare brought in order to make an attempt to interfere with an election he knew he was going to lose.
He could have walked away unfettered .

Now his legacy is that he had to pardon a good portion of his Administration and his family.
Stupidity, pure and simple stupidity on the part of Biden and the whole stinking Democrat party.

Yup and actions have consequences. And they should.

Just sneakin' around....
Hopefully everyone who received one of his pardons will meet with a strange, unexplainable accident.
I'd love to have the new administration find Biden was incapable and incompetent, and everything he signed in the past year is null and void. Then move in with a whole new round of lawsuits.

I know, not very likely. Biden is already down and out, won't really know what's going on. :deadhorse They'll let him finish out his last days in peace.

Of course what you hope is not likely to happen, but if you really want to hope go back to Obama and everything he did should be held null because he was not a United States citizen and faked his Birth Certificate. Might as well shoot for the moon.

If I may ...
For your consideration ...

A pardon implies someone has been at least indicted, or charged with a crime, or convicted of a crime. These are not pardons. He is using this as a way to give out a special type of qualified immunity. Which cannot be done. Not in a Constitutional Republic anyway.
