Why was Donald Trump impeached.

Nancy Pelosi has said this week that no matter how the trial comes out Democrats can say Presidennt Trump was impeached forever.

IMO that is the only reason he was impeached. So that Nancy could make that statement.
They have been riled for years because theri boy Bubba was impeached.
They impeachd Trump so they could say the impeached him.

The evidence is BS, the hearing was partisan BS, they knew he would not be removed they know the senate will find him not guilty.
But they still can say he was impeached. Even though it was the most partisan sack of BS ever in the history of this country.

Sure seems that way. Not sure what other purpose it could serve, other than to keep the public's mind and eyes off whatever shenanigans the demonrats have been/are currently up to. Only one example of many: Gov. "Blacky" Northram trying to abrogate the 2nd Amendment in Virginia.
