After tailgating me three feet off the back of my bike most of the way up Willows, evidently because 8mph-9mph over wasn't fast enough for you, you then see the need to pass me, again, on Willows. Screw off pal. And it was with great delight I then passed you at the light at Great Mills road as you waited to go left. Ass. Think I'll make sure to come to work that same time the next few days and see if I can get a nice officer to have a chat with you.......
