We are further away from the RV resort wifi thing now that we've moved into the house and having a hard time getting a solid signal. What is it I need to get a stronger signal, keeping in mind that they aren't going to let me install anything on their network?

Like, something I can have here at the house that will capture the signal and give it to my devices.

Does that make sense or am I cornfused?

I went with the WiFi ranger on my RV and it does pull in WiFi signals from far away. With that being said it’s a pain with campground wifi that have a login page when you open the internet. Lately just been using a Verizon hotspot when camping due to not wanting to deal with it.

Antenna - thank you all!

I know nothing about these things so I'ma ask some dumb questions:

So the ranger/antenna logs into the campground wifi and we log into the ranger/antenna, is that right? Or do I need an antenna for each device?

From the data... "single band (2.4GHz) Wi-Fi extender"

If the system you are connecting to is a 2.4Ghz/5GHz system it would work but if only 5GHz, it would not connect.

Are you connecting Wireless G, N or AC?

That’s exactly how the ranger works. You connect it to the campground WiFi and then connect your devices to it.
