I love the Outer Banks. My husband took me there last year, what an awesome place. We did not get to go see the wild horses but we did go 4 wheeling right on the beach at Kill Devil Hills. We were too busy to fit it in this summer, but we can't wait to go back. I would love to ride horses on the beach. Do you know if you can ride them where the wild horses are?
