Anyone know if the St Andrews convenience center accept a toilet or do I have to take it to the landfill?

Doubt it. Is it porcelain? If so, I don't think the landfill will take it either.

Good idea, hell I've seen the adult potty chairs in goodwill
Put in a box or large bag and smash it into little bits.
