So seeing as we have a daughter now, and are getting ready for another.. we need to look into getting a will prepared so that if anything unfortunate should happen- everything is set in place. Our dilema is this, we dont know where to start, nor who to go to, that will go step by step with us through the process. We are doing our research on things we need to know and to make sure to put in there- but as far as lawyers in the area, etc.. we dont know where to start.

We would love to find someone that can literally answer all of our questions, and who will walk us through the process as we dont want something left out- that could be critical. We have a living will with various things regarding our wishes and such- but we need an actual will for other purposes of course.

There is also a program, I believe it is called Will Maker, that will walk you through. As long as it is witnessed and you follow all the directions, you can file it at the clerks office in the court house for a minimal fee. Much cheaper than hiring a lawyer.

Michael Davis (lawyer) 301-475-3131. cost is about $300.00. He'll walk you through everything. Very NICE man. I HIGHLY recommand him.

Just remember a will is a living and breathing document. Do what is right today and change it tomorrow. Your life will change and also your wishes.

You can alter them at any time right? Seriously- I am on the dumb side of these. I have no clue where to start- hence the reason I asked for someone who will walk every step of the way.
