Windows 7 log in issue

Windows 7 home premium (64-bit).

On my laptop, when I get to the log on screen, there are 3 accounts; mine, hers, and admin.

I have those same accounts on my pc, but don't see a log in screen. I forget how I did that, but I'm turning the pc over to Mrs BOP. I do not want to delete the admin profile, but I want her to be able to turn the machine on and have it boot up into her desktop.

Not sure how to proceed. Windows help isn't very helpful, and websearches haven't revealed anything.

BOP, not sure will this help???? This users question was similar but slightly different....

Open the Run dialog and type:

control userpasswords2
This will bring up the user accounts dialog. Untick the "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" checkbox and hit Apply.

You'll be asked for the username/password for the user account to auto-login to on windows startup.

This will allow you to boot the laptop up and have it ready to use, but pressing Win+L or whatever method to lock the workstation will require a password.

It just means that an attacker would need to reboot the machine to get into it.

Yeah, found them, but I type in control userpasswords2 at run, and it goes away.

Thanks anyway.

What RPM posted was right. Click Start, and in the search window type 'cmd' to bring up a command window, THEN type in the 'control userpasswords2' in the new command window. Uncheck the 'users must enter a ....', then click Apply. A box will pop up for a username and password. Put in the username you want to auto-logon.

Okay, the cmd was the missing piece, thanks.
