Windows Explorer is not working.

I keep getting this message when I try to access my control panel or files. (note windows explorer NOT internet) I'm running Vista Home Premium. Any suggestions on how to fix? I'll need fairly much step-by-step instructions. I have the recovery disk, but I'm not sure how to get started.

Re-boot. Fixes everything.

A Mac is not the solution.

I can take a thrown out P4 and slap in Linux, and knock the socks off any Mac out there... And have a larger, much less expensive, selection of software.
