Well we are going to get something, the system is over the midwest right now:

Yeah, temperatures are a bit warm today (mid 40's) and the strong late Feb sun makes it feel even warmer, but we will see some snow, starting very early tomorrow morning ~3:00AM. Depending on the track of the system though some warmer air could switch us over to sleet or even rain later in the day. Either way tomorrow morning looks like a messy commute.

So they are holding back until 9pm to issue the warning or advisory....(indicates lack of confidence in the forecast)

nothing wrong with a good plowing,or some shoveling of the path as long as you have your thigh muffs....
