Winter time fishing/pawtuxent/and-or/bay

Is there any good fishing to be done on the pawtuxent river or on the bay between striper seasons? I know about yellow perch in early spring...anything in the mean-time?

I would like to know that too Sparx ... but it seems to me there is not much in the way of good fishing around here once winter sets in this is terrible, I could never live here permanently , not being able to fish for so many months out of the year , just knowing warm spring weather won't be here anytime soon and the boat is just sitting there in storage till then just about kills me ! We could fish nearly year round in Florida and hubby has nixed ice fishing as an alternative

Some white perch are being caught in the Patuxent under the Solomons bridge or right in front of the Rec center in the deep water.

Maryland Fishing Report is a good place to find the fish especially the stocked trout. They're currently stocking for the spring.

Yellow perch run has started on the Pawtuxent. Many cars at the Waysons Corner bridge.
