OMG! Is that against the law?

Apparently not. The state dismissed all charges.

I didn't realize that 'pulling back' was considered resisting arrest. So if a cop makes a grab at you, and you flinch, that's resisting arrest?

The whole thing seems lame to me.

Oh, BTW, BF calls me at lunch...says the mexicans at his work found a fawn yesterday in the corn field...so they took it home! :banghead: They brought it back today because it was making noise. :duh: I told him to tell them to GO FIND IT (because they didn't know where it had gone). They found it and called DNR.

So....apparently DNR told them to "scoot it towards the woods." Don't know how close that is to the actual conversation. The fawn was wandering around the nursery this afternoon, calling for his mom. Hopefully she'll come out this evening and find him. :ohwell: I made BF promise to tell me if the fawn was still wandering around tomorrow.

ACK!!!

You must find it!!!

I wish I knew the what they told DNR, and exactly what DNR told them. It's hard getting details out of men...plus, the guys that took the fawn out of the field no espeaky english to good. I don't know if DNR knew that the fawn had already gone 12 hrs or so w/out mom. I am hoping she will find him tonight...

:bawl: Glad it's not me, I'd be wandering in the woods tonight.

Well, I really want the mom to have every chance to find the baby. I will have him call me first thing in the morning with an update!

:frown: Well, there was a fawn sighting this morning. One of the women in the office called a friend who has goats...and they are there now looking for it. They won't call DNR again because they said yesterday they didn't want it.

:tantrum

Well, it's at least 2 weeks old I'd say. He was pretty coordinated. He might even be older than that, not sure. If they don't find him by the time I leave work, I'm going there and searching until I do find him.
