Woman Killed On Drive To See Dying Husband

COCONUT CREEK, Fla. -- A woman driving to see her dying husband in a hospital was killed after her car plunged into a canal, authorities said. The husband died about six hours later.

Back in the mid 80's when I drove a school bus, one afternoon I was letting high school kids off the bus and one was crossing St Andrews Chruch rd, my red lights flashing away, some car ran the lights and almost hit the kid. The kids in the back of the bus were sure they got the plate number off the car. So like a good bus driver, I report this to the cops. About a month later I get a call from a very sweet old lady who said I reported her for running my reds. Shen then stated that it could not possibly of been her because that day she was in western Maryland burying her dead husband. WHOOPS! I felt so bad, apologized and said sorry. I dont think I will ever forget that poor woman.
