RIVERSIDE, Calif. (KTLA) — A woman seriously wounded by two pit bulls suffered permanent nerve damage to her arm and eye in the attack, her attorney told KTLA on Monday.

The attack happened just before 11 a.m. on Aug. 12 in the 4000 block of 6th Street in downtown Riverside.

The woman, identified only as “Tina,” was walking her dog when the pit bulls escaped their fenced yard and attacked her.

It wasn't a pit bull. It was a dog that looked like a pit bull but was really another breed. I am tired of sweet innocent dogs getting blamed for this stuff.

I agree. Those poor dogs. Don't they know human food is bad for them? Poor babies. And now they have to pay the ultimate price for that stupid woman out walking her little dog in their neighborhood teasing them into escaping their fence and having to eat human food. Shame on HER!!!
