Okay.....you don't leave a dog in a car in the summer. It takes a lot less time to cause brain damage in dogs than it does a full grown human; and these two were "FULL grown." The woman with the camera phone should have called the cops; not that they would have done anything.
The part that is unknown is, how long was the dog actually in the car before camera lady showed up? The video begins with the woman holding the dog, so camera lady's statement about the dog being in the car for an hour and a half is suspect at best. Camera lady should have at least told store management and left it at that.

I think she did tell management. Apparently they told her they couldn't get the dog out of the car. She reminded them of that when the manager told her to stop taping.

Wasted words on the manager's part. You know that somebody recording on their phone is gonna continue to do so.....and argue.
