Women's teams in the area

So I didn't know if I should post this here but thought I would give it a try...I'm looking for a team to play on, to get me out and doing something. Like volley ball or soccer or something, I don't really know where to look for local women's teams like that. Any help would be great, Thanks

well i live over the bridge in va but i would be willing to drive somewhat....like st mary's maybe, charles county, king george, maybe fredericksburg.
