Yep, have heard allot of flooding condition type calls. I am at work and had my own hands full as well. Just starting to settle down here.

I feel kinda bad my scanners at the house are offline. Will have to take some steps toward minimizing this in the future.

0140:Dispatch just advised Command to send the fire ictims to Great Mills High School as there is already an E mergency Shelter set up there

Don't burn yourself out trying to make everyone happy.

Just because there isn't enough going on in the county this morning, a 10-10 between neighbors in Valley Lee. Sounds like they had a collapse on the Brookstone fire. Sad.

It's no biggie. Backup power supply won't break the bank. Need one anyway I guess.

Sounds like our local Emergency Responders are going to have another LONG night.

0155: Fight Fighters still at it. As long as they have been fighting it I would assume the house is going to be a total loss. Unfortunate. Have not heard anything about any injuries, either homeowners or responders. Good News there. Sounds like they are starting to get a bit concerned about making sure the trucks that are not working the fire are parked on solid pavement. Don't want to get any of them stuck, I am sure they will be needed elsewhere tonight.

0205: Fire Marshall on the Scene. Operations still ongoing

0210: Command advising Fire Under Control but numerous HotSpots that will need to be delt with. They further advise they will be on the scene for quite a while.

0222: Command advised Fire Board to notify Red Cross for a need for place to stay, clothing for 2 adults. Also several dogs will nee accomodation.

BIS AZZ FIRE
I will be here for a few more hours. I am parked in

Sounds like the Homeowners are as well. Red Cross wanted them to go to Great Mills but Command advises they are unable to get out. Red Cross will be sending a team to the Scene. No ETA at this time.

0237: Command asks Fire Board for the original time of dispatch as well as number of personnel responding. F/B advises 0046 and 24 people known to have been on the scene. Sounds like that number may very well be subject to change as they have had such a busy night.

0243: Command advises there are still HotSpots on the "D" side. Working the issue.

0303: Possible Flare up in Side "C" being invesitigated now due to amount of smoke coming off of that side.

0319: Sounds like these folks really had a workout tonight. Still at it and command is currently doublechecking to make sure all personnel are accounted for. They have been working foam into/onto the structure for some time now I guess to help smother any unseen HotSpots. Currently sending a FireFighter up the ladder to work a Ladder Pipe.

0335: Command getting with F/B about trying to call the Trading Post or someone about getting an Excavator out there to possibly pull the remaining structure down. Units on Scene esitmating size of the home to be 5-6 K Square Feet.

0345: Sounds like they are working toward securing 'some' of their equipment. Not all just yet.

I just got the Video and the rest of the pictures up. It was a long night. Crews are still there and will be for another hour or so.

7AM today they were called back for a rekindle.

I heard that the homeowner tried to put the fire out before calling 911. It may not have mattered, but getting the FD there just a few minutes sooner might have saved the house.
