Units responding to garage fire on Meadowlark Drive in Victorias Grant Sub Division, units arrived and advised small fire in detached garage. Fire knocked down crew checking for extension.
Crews checking house, light smoke but no fire. Holding units on scene.
Command advised no need for fire marshall, cause was improperly disgarded smoking materials.

Actually it was an attached garage, homeowners were very lucky, although after seeing the damage done by the fire department they probably thought they weren't. But they really were, it could have spread to the house.
