It definately is. When you have the dispatcher (who I know pretty well) sound pretty excited, it's a worker. Plus, the officer on the engine could see the fire before he made it to the scene

So have they confirmed the fire has not penetrated the building? Sounds like there's a bit of confusion...

They haven't confirmed it yet. They're trying to get the first in engine crew to do fire attack and search, for some reason.

Fires out, primary and secondary search completed with negative results. Only one residence was on fire. No extension to the second. :yay:

Based on what I'm hearing, crews did a great job knocking it down and keeping the exposures protected. Hope the cat made it out okay!

One thing that helped was that the incident is about a minute away from the firehouse. 92 went out the door pretty quickly and had enough personnel to split their crews. Good job to those involved. :yay:

:yay: thanks.....you still made it sound like he was happy that there was a fire...

Nah.. excited in fire terms (or if you read it from me) usually means he's talking pretty fast on the radio or his voice has changed (higher, usually)
