Went to see this last night.
I love Zombies such as in "The Walking Dead" tv series, where they rip the skin off of their victims and eat their organs. Gore to perfection! There was none of this in the movie. They simply bit their victims. The Zombies were not that scary looking. They had bulging eyes, and big teeth "chompers". Their skin was heavily "veined". That's about it...No half-eaten skin falling from their faces...
I found this movie to be boring and predictable. It was centered too much on Brad Pitt's part and not enough Zombie action.
The special effects were minimal and I found only two scenes worth mentioning. But I didn't feel that they were enough to carry the film.
Overall, I found it to be disappointing, after all the hype it was given.
I also read that there was an original ending, not used in the film.
I think the original ending, would have made the movie more interesting and less predictable. Why did they change it?
