Only for the R.
I’m about the party and I’m about the country.
When asked if he was endorsing Hogan, Trump was like, "Um, okay, sure...."

A couple of Marxist dolts who need to read their Constitution. It says less about them and more about the Marxist dolts who elected them.

And speaking of Marxist dolts, MSN needs to fix their links so they show up as a headline and not just their stupid name. Some marketing tard probably though that was good branding but all it does is make me not want to click the link because I don't know what it is. Clickbait works.

^THIS^
Very annoying, even though you can put your pointer on the "link" and read the title.

When it comes to Hogan I still haven't made up my mind.
I know that Trump wants a Republican majority in the Senate , I do too, but does it have to be Hogan?
What good is a Republican majority when you have Republicans who will vote with the Democrats.
He might just as well endorse Mitt Romney. Or Collins.

AOC and Raskin. I would say two of the biggest pieces of excrement in the Democrat party, but the Democrats have so much excrement in their party that they are just a couple more of the stinkers. Their attack on the Supreme Court is unConstitutional, but that has never mattered to the left.
It is unprecedented but so is the lawfare against Trump. All just another attempt to destroy the United States.

What is sad is the adoration/veneration Raskin receives on the Maryland subreddit.

The People have spoken. It's either going to be Hogan or whatsherface. As has been pointed out to me in the past, a dipshit crook ahole of an R is still an R and that translates to majorities, which would normally translate to conservative legislation except this is the GOP we're talking about. You can hand them power on a silver platter and they'll be all, "Oh no no no, after you! Wouldn't want to be rude...."

If they only fought as hard against the Democrats as they do against Trump/MTG/Gaetz/Boebert/etc, maybe they could accomplish something.

It's BECAUSE it gives them the majority. It means the GOP makes the rules and appoints the committe chairs.
Doesn't even matter if he votes with the Dems EVERY time, although it will mean they will dump him come re-election.

The thing I don't understand is the hatred on Hogan from Republicans in Maryland. I get that the Trump cultists don't like that he dared to oppose Donald Trump. But Trump understands what some people don't.....that is if Hogan loses it makes it harder for the GOP to retain the senate.

Bottom line is that Larry Hogan will vote 85% or more with the Republican majority. And the funny thing is that he came out and said he would not vote for a federal ban on abortion. Trump said the same thing. Both Hogan and Trump realize that the abortion issue is an albatross around the Republican party's neck.

So if Trump wins, he may need Hogan to win to have a majority senate. Hogan will vote for Trump's border lock down. And if Trump loses, Hogan might be the senator that blocks senile Biden from pushing progressive legislation.

It blows my mind that republicans would actually consider not voting for Hogan. This is the first time in 40 years that a republican might actually have a chance to win a senate seat in liberal Maryland. Do any of you republicans in Maryland who hate Larry Hogan really want to see Alsobrooks win a 6 year term? If so, be careful what you wish for.

If I may ...
For your consideration ...

AOC says SCOTUS is unaccountable? Does she not know about the separation of powers? It's there for a reason. Maybe if she supported the selection of actual constitutionalists? But I digress.

Bottom line is that Larry Hogan will vote 85% or more with the Republican majority.

It's the other 15% of how he would vote that is worrying. However, your overall assessment is valid.

Maddening. Do your freaking jobs. Get stuff done.

Do I hate Hogan? No more than I love Trump. Its not that he disagreed with Trump. Its how he did so. He could have kept it professional, but he couldn't, had to make it personal. Same thing Trump did that I didn't like.

I'll vote for Hogan. But I hope he tones his disagreements down and keeps it on level.

I hated Hogan before Trump came along - that is well documented on here. His nonsensical TDS was just another thing to despise.

It's not that he opposed Trump, it's *why* he opposed Trump. Not a single word about policy, it was all "Orange man bad!! :jameo: " bullshit talking points straight from DNC. If he'd said he disagrees with Trump on illegal immigration, or foreign policy, or something of substance...well, I'd still think he was a putz but he'd be more palatable against a Democrat. As it is, he was all "Oh, Trump is a racist!! Who rapes women! And talks mean to his opponents! And wants to date his daughter! Oh, and he killed millions of Americans with covid!"

And because Hogan isn't terribly bright, after the Trump "endorsement" Hogan's team sent out a memo that he still hates Trump and won't support him. So don't expect Republicans to come out big for him on election day, which means that's the game. If you google, you'll see hard left newsbots cheering Hogan on since they have a common enemy in Trump. But when it comes time to decide, they will vote for the Democrat, not the Republican.

Hogan apparently wasn't paying attention when it was John McCain trying to curry favor with Democrats, and how that worked out for him.

I kind of look at Hogan the way I look at Caitlin Clark.
The WNBA dykes and blacks are jealous that she is drawing crowds at their games. That she is as good or better than the best of them.
I figure Hogan that same way. He wants to be President and is jealous because Trump is The Man.
Hogan wants to be liked as is trump , but it aint gonna happen because he is treacherous sumbitch.

The Senate is what he will use to run for the Presidency, wait and see.
If the man had any class at all he would be running as a Democrat, in fact he may get elected and switch parties.
It wouldn't surprise me. I don't trust the socksucker.
