This shirt design was inspired by the 2011 theme for Wreaths Across America about the "Christmas They Never Had" in honor of our veterans and their families who are apart during the holiday season, and for those who never made it home.

Wreaths Across America

2014 marks the 150th anniversary of Arlington National Cemetery. It is our Nation's cemetery and is filled with hometown heroes from every state and city.

Here's a better idea...instead of spending $25 on a Tshirt you don't need and limiting your actual donation...send them a check for $30 and fund 2 actual wreaths.

There is something to be said for getting the word out and starting conversations that might otherwise not happen without the tshirt, though you make a good point.

You do bring up a good point. However, I bought some shirts for my nieces and nephews, with which when I give them the shirt I will inform them of "their" donation to WAA...

and if/when they wear them, they can tell their friends about the WAA, and help them get involved next year...
