Wow. Powerful, stone faced, sage, sapient!!!! Those words Joe has difficulty enunciating, but he possessed, as he laid the wreath this morning during remembrance of those lost on September 11, 2001. CNN was there, filming trees and Marines holding his umbrella.
The thoughts in his mind, remembering that day when he was a Delaware politician chimed the reporter.
(I'm guessing Joe was really remembering he found a quarter in the Coca Cola machine).
