*BREAKING NEWS* I just heard there's an accident on MD 5 (Mattawoman Beantown Road) at Idlewood Drive. Overturned dump truck or something and it's closed in both directions. Medevac has been requested.

Just so you forumites who are heading that way know.

I have been telling my boy every day for the last few weeks, I have ever see him within 50 yards of a frozen body of water, he wont have to worry about drowning or freezing, cuz Ill kill him...

Keep it up, I lost my friend in 4th grade to falling through the ice.

When I was young, like an eternity ago, a friend of my mom's lost her two daughters (probably 9 & 11 ish) at the same time because they fell through the ice.

With regards to the accident on Mattawoman Beantown Road, all lanes are now open.

Don't know anything new about the incident in Golden Beach.

Drove through about 230pm. Everything was gone but MAN! what a mess on the road. Dirt all over the place. Actually two gouges in the road about 8-10 feet long.
