That's sad. How in the world did she have a detective for a bf that didn't see what was going on?

Last month's call was the 3rd time Animal Control officers have been summoned to Ms. Schreck's house....ahhh this just didn't happen over night! What the heck did the officers see the first 2X's??

Maybe the first was when there were the 4 dogs too many, the second was the dog that was turned over so this would have been the 3rd, but I would think the first 2 should have given everyone incentive to check this out further.

Very, very sad... Most folks with mental illness, that is diagnosed and treating, do better WITH pets... Shame on anyone who came in contact with the woman and those animals. After being IP at Shepard Pratt and 2 AC calls, not to mention a Baltimore detective for a bf, this had prevention written all over it. JMO.
