My cat Sybil was laying here making this weird noise when I realized it was her I touched her and she didn't respond, so I picked up her head and she was completely limp and not responding and her tongue was hanging out. I shook her and accidentally bumped her head on my keyboard and she snapped out of it.

What the heck could cause her to do that??? And YES she will be at the vet first thing in the morning. NO sleep for me tonight! :frown:

Sybil?

I have no idea, but you seem to have named her appropriately. Watch her to make sure her head doesn't start spinning around....

J/K - I hope it's nothing and you and she are fine.

 That was Reagan in The Exorcist! She is awake, I am not letting her sleep. I am afraid to.

As for going to the vet if anyone is interested they did not hear or see anything suspicious. They told me to watch her and if she did it again to bring her back because she may be having seizures in her sleep or sleep apnea. Thank you to all that was concerned. :howdy:

When I read your post at 0400, I thought Sybil was just having one of those great cat dreams and you happened to be at the right place at the right time and interrupted her. Glad she's okay!:huggy:

Keep a close eye on her, Mousie... I just lost an 8 mo old that had some neurologic issues and would have "spells" where she would kinda blank out. She had a major seizure on Sept 30th and never recovered. Broke our hearts.
