WW2 Shipwrecks: How and Why Are They Being Stolen?

Sneakers

Just sneakin' around....
Back in the 70s, we did a lot of wreck diving off the coast of NY and NJ. It was "the thing to do" to return with as much loot from the wreck as you could carry away. Ships like the Oregon and San Diego were hit up often by many different groups. On a nice day, there could be 3-4 boats with 10-20 divers each. Takes it's toll over the years.

Does anybody know the current whereabouts of Dirk Pitt and Al Giordino?
I think he fked off into a black hole or turned into a ghost or something.
