XP: House Phone

Looking for a cordless house phone that has speakerphone on the base, not the handset, along with handsfree mute on both the handset and base. Any recommendations? I find a ton with speaker on the handset, but you can't have the handset in the cradle while on it (thus the charge of the handset becomes an issue). TIA.
