Internet giant Yahoo! says it sympathizes with the family of a Marine killed in Iraq, but it's still not granting access to his e-mail account.
I agree with Yahoo on this one. The family should not get access to his e-mail account just because they want to "remember him in words". I mean for example, imagine something happening to fddog and his family getting access to his e-mail account... I really don't think those would be the words they would want to remember him by...

However, since they don't know the password, they can't get to it. And Yahoo! officials say the company's privacy rules prohibit them from giving it to anyone.
