This is a long shot that the owner would actually see this, but you never know. I live right in the town area in Leonardtown. I've noticed since the weekend a yellow Lab running around loose. I'm wondering if he may be lost because usually people here in town do not let their dogs run loose. I'd hate to see him/her get hit by a car.
