Stream monitors are actively checking their spawning areas for egg counts but I haven't seen any numbers as yet. It's time for them to come upstream, spawn and replenish the stock.

think limit is 5 each so they should not have to many

As long as the fish came from a clean(ish) body of water... You wouldn't want to pig out on fish from the Inner Harbor.
