Anyone else caught any in the Patuxent yet this year?

I'm wondering if they are decreasing in number because I read this yesterday:
Maryland Fisheries Service Yellow Perch Management
And I don't RECALL that being in place before, but I may have just not heard of it prior to this year.
and here are some new regulations:

Changes to Regulations 1/26/2009CLOSED Watersheds: Magothy, Nanticoke, Patapsco, Severn, South and West Rivers

McIntosh Run (off Breton Bay) and Northeast Creek (off Northeast River) no harvest, recreational or commercial, is allowed from February 1 - March 31.

Haven't fished for them this year yet, though

This weekend may be worth a try with the warmer temps helping the water temps.

Where do you fish for them? Wayson's corner?

I use a boat and fish just south of Wayson Corner.
