It's not broke because this is exactly what we want. In general, we do NOT want small business and we do not want tax reform and we do not want better education. All we want is the safety and security of Too Big To Fail. And we have it. And that comes with compromises. :shrug:

You can not name ONE issue where we have a state of affairs we, in general, do not want be it the forever wars, immigration, Wall Street, education, health care.
