You Burn a US Flag, But Done Dare Leave Skid Marks On Pride

So, obviously it's a ridiculous charge. They shouldn't put that mural on a public road and if they do they absolutely shouldn't get upset about people using that road (or even making political statements since it's public property). That said, it's not a straight equivalence to say people don't get in trouble for burning an American flag. You can burn your own flag all you want, but if you go and burn someone else's American flag you will probably catch a charge.

There was vid of some guy burning rubber over a pride street mural - that's pretty stupid. But having it there in the first place is even more stupid. Activists do this just to get someone to "disrespect it" so they can go, "See???" and justify their actions so they don't have to get a real life.

When the guy said "it's a great big LOVE letter to everyone".

No it isn't. It's a great big "Look at me!" sign. And I suspect it could be a safety issue.

A *FELONY*? So if people do donuts in a vacant lot, it's not a felony?
