now maryland is going to be so afraid of not giving water that they will take me off my well and force me to drink that nasty chlorinated city water...

wait, no they wont, D-Ville is 99% white,, hmmmm but the guy with the small lot next to mine is darker,,,,


oh well, since you have to pay frontage when the put in the pipe, and I have about 900 ft of frontage, I figure I will lose the house in a tax sale long before that water gets turned on.
it will certainly break me to pay for that length of pipe. (water, get your minds out the gutter)
