LEONARDTOWN, MD (February 10, 2021) – The St. Mary’s County Health Department (SMCHD) will host a live webinar on February 25, 2021 from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. to explore the topic of Youth Mental Health & Wellness. All community members are invited to participate in this free webinar to learn more about youth mental health as it relates to the COVID-19 pandemic, how to recognize and acknowledge signs of distress, prevention measures, interventions, and stress management activities to help parents support their children.
