Youtube pizzing me off

Aside from the commericials on nearly every video, and the relentless placement of the same videos you've already listened to, not a video gets played that doesn't stop somewhere in the middle of it. Sometimes you can nudge it by clicking a few seconds before or after the stopping place, and it'll start again, other times, nothing.

Anybody else have this issue?

If I start getting that problem, I will hit the "Pause" function and let the video buffer ahead and the start playing it again. It doesn't stutter too much with my DSL connection.

It is not just YouTube that does that either. I was using the WiFi connection on my Blu-Ray player to stream NetFlix. It would often stop numerous times during the playback. I finally just moved my router to the entertainment cabinet and connected the player to the router with an ethernet cable...no more buffering and the video is much higher quality.

I don't think all videos are streamed with the same priority ...

I find it even worse when you open a news link intending to READ an article and they have a commercial no only auto-play but you cannot pause the video window until the commercial is done. :cussing:
