1. So, when the passenger seat was occupied, the ability to play games on the main screen was available.

3.NHTSA said it was going to look into it back in Dec.
- Literally, days later, Tesla updated every single vehicles software to disable that functionality. If you are not in Park, you cant play games.

But heres a funny part. Keep in mind, this is ALL software. Every bit of it. And Tesla has the ability to alter software individually or globally. Here's some of the data the govt wants.

c. Model Year;
d. Date of manufacture;

What? Are your inspectors going to track down each car and pull up the menus? Try and play games while the vehicles in motion? This piece seems like an annoyance tactic to me. Its literally every single vehicle they sold since 2017.
