Power with Control

1. So, when the passenger seat was occupied, the ability to play games on the main screen was available.
2.One guy complained.
3.NHTSA said it was going to look into it back in Dec.
  1. Literally, days later, Tesla updated every single vehicles software to disable that functionality. If you are not in Park, you cant play games.
  2. "Fast" forward, now the NHTSA is going to open an investigation into this :)

But heres a funny part. Keep in mind, this is ALL software. Every bit of it. And Tesla has the ability to alter software individually or globally. Here's some of the data the govt wants.
"
"Separately, for each subject vehicle manufactured to date by Tesla, state the following:
a. Vehicle identification number (VIN);
b. Model;
c. Model Year;
d. Date of manufacture;
e. Date warranty coverage commenced; and
f. The State in the United States where the vehicle was originally sold or leased (or delivered for sale or lease)"

What? Are your inspectors going to track down each car and pull up the menus? Try and play games while the vehicles in motion? This piece seems like an annoyance tactic to me. Its literally every single vehicle they sold since 2017.
