Yup, we should negotiate...

Seems Iran has been very receptive to diplomacy.

Iran Expands Uranium Enrichment

NATANZ, Iran (AP) -- Iran announced Monday that it has begun enriching uranium with 3,000 centrifuges, defiantly expanding a nuclear program that has drawn U.N. sanctions and condemnation from the West.

I think we need to set a NFZ and start a containment strategy. Where is Bill Clinton when you need him? Can't everyone see that the same rhetoric the US and the UN used against Iraq is now being ratcheted up against Iran?

Maybe if BushCO handn't blown Valerie Plames cover she could have continued her work preventing Iran from getting nuclear technology.

But no, we had to destroy her career to send a message that criticism of the Bush empire will not be tolerated.

... And of course, her husband introducing her at all the fancy Washington parties they attended as his CIA-wife kept her totally confidential.

Yeah, Valerie Plame was the ONLY agent on the case. Now it's all to pot because of Bush. Once again, it's Bush's fault.

Forest you have done nothing but criticize Bush to every end, yet you are still here, in this forum. Wonder why Bush hasn't come after you yet?

Valerie worked for a front company made up of CIA agents. All those covers got blown when hers was too.

Don't you pay attention?

Just about every covert CIA operative is set up in some sort of front company. Those companies could have other agents working for them and may not. Maybe you might want to tell us who the other agents were that were outed?

Not one person has been indicted nor otherwise officially blamed for Plames exposure. Libby was convicted for lying under oath. THAT'S ALL THE GHOST CHASERS WERE ABLE TO COME UP WITH! Plames status was comprimised long before the Novak scandal. Don't believe me?

Read

Plame was first outed to the general public as a result of a consciously loaded and slyly hypothetical piece by the journalist David Corn. Corn's source appears to have been none other than Plame's own husband, former ambassador and current Democratic-party operative Joseph Wilson — that same pillar of national security rectitude whose notion of discretion, upon being dispatched by the CIA for a sensitive mission to Niger, was to write a highly public op-ed about his trip in the New York Times. This isn't news to the media; they have simply chosen not to report it.

The Libby trial revealed that there were inconsistencies in testimonies given by the media; in particularly Tim Russert:

Tim Russert’s testimony at the perjury and obstruction of justice trial of Lewis Libby

You will see a key indicator of selective memory. Who's right in the middle of all this controversy? The press. Who decides what you get to receive as news and information? The press. Who do you think is really trying to cover their @$$es?
