Where do you live? I joined the World Gym Express in Lusby and I enjoy it. But I also have access to the World Gym in PF, Leonardtown and Great Mills and all of their ammenities. Clean, good people, and good equipment.

Carol is a good therapist. Her dogs are full grown and for the most part laid back and out of the way. As for Carol, she is a little "earthy" and initially outside my comfort zone. But she has a calm way of talking and helping you sort through your issues/difficulties. She did wonders for me...

In Lusby, there is a charity called SMILE that would accept your baby related items. They give the donated items to poor families that cannot afford them.

Yeah, I noticed that too.... I hope they finish soon.

I received a shot from Walgreens in Lusby yesterday. Today they will give out shots from 1PM to 5PM. Friday and Saturday is 10-4.

A few weeks back, my bf and I found those seed ticks at Calvert State Park. We took our pups for a hike and my little white poodle had them covering his entire body. Frontline took care of him. As for me, I SPAZZED OUT and brushed them off of me until I could get into the shower and scratch...

When I was in high school, I showed cattle in the SMC fair. I experienced an incident where my rogue steer dragged me about 100 feet because he spooked easy. Very scary situation. I feel for the family.
