Metrocast's highest Tier.. You have to have a DOCSIS 3.0 modem and you're good to go.. Its a little pricey 69 bucks a month, all I have is cable modem, TV is DirectTV.

Yes.. works great.. You just have to set it to same SSID and different channel. The wireless device hops to the one with the best signal..

I just sold my family home, and I couldnt imagine doing it without a realtor. Maybe if you did it alot but it was all a big headache. Was in no hurry to sell it but once listed had 2 written offers in 5 days. Closed 6 weeks later. The realtors cost me about 13K but it was well worth it to me.

I think it all depends on what your selling. I sold an Iphone 4 on there, got a alot of hits but a lot of crap too. A few weeks later I sold a patio set. Had 3 emails and 3 phone calls all legit in a day. Sold it within 24 hours.
