I only use them for contests. I find them too ritch to eat much of. If I am doing briskets for myself I buy fresh CAB Primes and I still wet age them for about 40 days from kill date. They are SOOOOO Yummy.

You should try my new recipe. it is 100 times better than the ones you had..so is my new chicken.

My briskets get flown to my door frozen. (I use American Kobe) I will take them out of the freezer about 3 weeks before each contest and wet age them in the cryovac.

Hrere is something I will complain about. The next idiot that cooks fish in the microwave here in the office is going to punched in the head.

I have some stickers on the back of my truck that are from sponsorship but most are not. But mine are also being seen by thousands of people at every BBQ contest 15 or 20 times a year. The ones that are not sponsors are products that I really belive in.
