It's that time of year again. Dust off the old glove and cleats and join us!

If you any one is interested in playing Men's Senior league baseball (28+ Wood Bat) feel free to come out to Dorsey Park Sunday 6/12 @12pm for practice. Currently, there are 5 teams in St. Mary's and we are looking to expand. Season is slated to start in late June with games at Chancellor's Run, Dorsey Park, and Cecil Park. Is there a "max" age?

Is the pitch speed consistent with the old guys?

No max age. I had a gentleman on my team a few years ago that was 55.

pitch speed varies. But avg. is prob 65-75mph.

This is more a laid back, come out and have fun league. It is not insanely competitive.

You make 55 sound old, :lol:

I'm just turning 57. Haven't hit a hard ball in years, Us old guys tend to stick to the more rotund balls!

There's an Over 40 league that is kindly referred to as the "Rocking Chair" league. :lol:
