FCC approves Internet regulation

A solution to a problem that doesn't exist.

I know right?

I think the threat of the FCC getting involved was enough for the companies to back off the notion of "fast lanes" on the net (which I am against) but this may not work out well for us consumers... it just seems like whenever they get involved, no good comes from it. Look at "blackout" restrictions and what that has done for paid TV and sports.

I don't have time to read 322 pages of gibberish. Can I still watch porn?

Yes, but the popups will be about Global warming, the ACA, and how we do not have a problem with Islamic extremists.

I like my internet filtered and throttled. I don't need no stinking government to tell my ISP that they can't throttle certain websites and filter content. #### Netflix, I'd rather be blackmailed into paying $130/month to watch a ton of commercials.

It'll be more when they add the "Universal Service Fee" since it'll be a regulated utility.

Be careful what you ask for. It's working out swell for the healthcare industry so far.

"The commission, following a contentious meeting, voted 3-2 to adopt its so-called net neutrality plan -- a proposal that remained secret in the run-up to the final vote. "

Isn't it funny how 5 knuckle heads keep stuff secret to limit the controversy leading up to & vote on an regulation plan that ultimately the government will benefit?

What kills me is now the 2 parties involved are playing "good cop/bad cop" , but we are the ones who will pay dearly for their actions.

FCC typically doesn't release their plans.

I have said it before. Do not worry about the laws. It's the regulations that really shove it up your butt.
3 jackasses on the FCC have determined what will be done.

Not a majority of the House, or the Senate but 3 Obama sycophants.
