Who is your insurance with? What is your need for? My husband uses Mark Henderson, he is in the same building with Cox. He is very good.

I have an orthopedic appointment with Dr. Spatz in Prince Frederick. I have heard she is good. I have been to 2 orthopedic doctors in Waldorf with not much luck. Will let you know my thoughts after my appointment. After having two MRI's (last June and this March), my problems are only worsening. Hoping for better luck with Dr. Spatz.

Cirrilo is the man. He's done my shoulder and help fix my wife's leg. he's great.
