Any news on the Leonardtown movie theater?

Does anyone have any information on the progress of the restoration of the Leonardtown movie theater? I've liked their facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/TheFriendsOfTheLeonardtownTheater), but I haven't seen many updates.

I am really looking forward to them opening. As I understand, they will show less "mainstream" movies - indies, documentaries, etc.

I don't think anything is going on with it. You might want to contact The Rex and see if they know anything about it since they took over the space.

From I what I was told the last time I was at the Rex, is that it is "in process". It will happen, but not real soon. That's according to the owner.
