I know at least two women precisely like this - (but not many men, actually) - who were absolutely this in their twenties.
REALLY not happy - at fifty - and still trying to do all that.
I think the male equivalent is the guy who's still playing video games with his buddies at 30 or even 40 - and wondering why life just - sucks.
