Breast cancer...

Mri...

Larry, my condolences........hope they caught it in time, and can treat her.

:huggy:

...this week, set the date for surgery. It's 1.5cm supposedly, which gets verified as part of the MRI. Radiation and then chemo. Big fun. She's healthy and they caught it early. She should be fine. It's just going to suck for the next six months or so.

Thanks

Best wishes for a full recovery. Sounds like she has a great little brother to support her. :huggy:

I Know How You Feel

Larry my sister just had breast cancer surgery and she is doing good, they did take one breast. It had not gone to her lymph nods so she will not have to get chemo. I know how you feel it was hard on our family until the day the surgery was complete. I hops she has a good surgeon my family use a breast specialist in baltimore. Breast cancer is herditary in our family so he has done quite a few surgeries in out faimily. My prayers go out to your sister especially and the family.

Larry, I'm sorry to hear about that. I hope your sister will get well soon. :huggy:

Note for all: Next Month (May) is a Breast Cancer Fundraising and awareness month. You can thank Watercolor for working very hard to raise money for Breast Cancer cures, tests, and awareness. Please remember Watercolor and her charity group she is sponsoring to help all WOMEN and some men with breast cancer.

:high5:Larry,

Sorry to hear about your sister's condition and the stress that it brings to you and everyone else that loves her and cares about her. :huggy:

I am glad to hear that they found it and are acting quickly to remove it.

Surround her with love, laughter and positive, healing thoughts and energy. If you can't think of anything to cheer her, spring the happy banana  on her!

If she seems to be struggling with it, reach for her hand.

Sorry about the mis-placed high-five. It was supposed to be down by the "reach for her hand".

Walking for a cure!!
Larry, Hope your sister is doing well. :huggy: Early detection is the key.
We will keep her in our hearts and prayers as we walk in the DC Avon Walk for Breast Cancer this weekend. This is what it is all about. We walk because we can't walk away. We are dedicated to raise funds and awareness of this devistating disease. :flowers:

...for the dye test thing tomorrow, then Friday is the big day. Out comes the tumor, off goes the lymph biopsy and blood work and none of us sleep for a week or two.
