I think he might know a litte more about the law and US Constitution than you do. :yay:

I didn't say anything about the Constitution. I said "should". If the Constitution does allow for it (which is completely debatable) then it should be changed, but I guess the Founders never envisioned someone would be brazen enough to suggest pardoning themselves.

I certainly know that if Obama had been convicted of something and he suggested pardoning himself, the right would immediately call for impeachment -- just for starters.
